*Visual thinking is a method of using drawings, diagrams, and symbols to organize, understand, and communicate ideas, enhancing creativity, problem-solving, and memory.
This approach leverages the brain's natural ability to process information visually, making complex topics easier to grasp and remember than through text or spoken words alone. It involves actively sketching to transform abstract thoughts into tangible models that provide clarity and foster deeper understanding.

เราในฐานะ Experience Designer ต้องมองหากลไกที่จะเอื้อให้การพูดคุยนั้นไหลลื่น คุยได้โดยไม่ต้องกังวล (worriless) ว่าเนื้อหาที่พูดคุยนั้นจะหายไปไหนมั้ย ไม่ต้องพะวงจดเองจนไม่ได้คิดและคุย และเมื่อคุยจบแล้วมีการบันทึกประเด็นสำคัญที่ร้อยเรียงเรื่องราวไว้เพื่อนำกลับไปคิดต่อ
แม้ว่าผู้บริหารสามารถมีผู้ช่วยมาจดบันทึก หรือ ให้ AI บันทึกสิ่งที่พูดคุยและสรุปออกมาเป็น bullet point ได้ แต่ความทรงพลังของภาพที่ร้อยเรียงใน one page มีมากกว่ามาก เพราะมันช่วยให้ทุกคนคุยภาพเดียวกันได้ และนำไปสื่อสารต่อได้เลย
