หลักสูตรที่จะช่วยให้ผู้บริหารที่ไม่ได้จบบัญชี-การเงิน (Finance for Non-finance ) ให้เข้าใจงบการเงินมากพอที่จะนำไปบริหารจัดการ performance ของธุรกิจได้ โดยเน้นช่วยผู้บริหารระดับ Vice President ให้รู้จักธุรกิจและวิธีทำธุรกิจของตัวเอง ผ่านงบกำไรขาดทุนที่จัดทำด้วยหลักการบัญชีเพื่อการบริหาร (Managerial Reports) ที่ประกอบด้วยตัวเลขเชิงบริหาร อาทิ Fixed Cost, Variable Cost, Standard Cost, Variances, Contribution Margin, Gross Profit และ EBT เป็นต้น

ด้วยงบกำไรขาดทุนที่จัดทำด้วยหลักการบัญชีเพื่อการบริหารเป็นเครื่องมือที่สำคัญอย่างหนึ่งของผู้บริหารที่จะช่วยในการตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์ หากทีมบริหารมีความรู้ความเข้าใจที่แท้จริงเกี่ยวกับตัวเลขเชิงบริหารข้างต้น และนำตัวเลขมาพูดคุยหารือเพื่อการบริหารกำไรเป็นประจำ ย่อมทำให้การตัดสินใจ การพลิกสถานการณ์ และการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ไปข้างหน้าดีขึ้นมาก

Objectives

  • ช่วยให้ VP รู้จักธุรกิจและวิธีทำธุรกิจของตัวเอง ผ่านตัวเลขใน งบกำไรขาดทุนที่จัดทำด้วยหลักการบัญชีเพื่อการบริหาร (Managerial Reports) โดยรู้จัก Fixed Cost, Variable Cost, Standard Cost, Variances, และเข้าใจความสำคัญของกำไรแต่ละตัว

  • ได้ Guideline ในการบริหารตัวเลขแต่ละบรรทัดที่ส่งผลต่อกำไรแต่ละตัวในมิติของ VP

  • VP เริ่มวิเคราะห์เหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นผ่านตัวเลขในงบกำไรขาดทุนและเสนอแผนรับมือด้วย attitude ของเถ้าแก่ได้

Method / Approach

  • เรียนรู้ผ่าน simulation ที่เน้นการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน ผ่านกระบวนการ analyse - share - discuss เพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจใหม่

  • จำนวนผู้เข้าอบรมต่อรุ่น จำนวน 25 คน โดยจะแบ่งเป็น 5 กลุ่ม กลุ่มละ 5 คน

  • ระยะเวลาการฝึกอบรม: ครั้งละ 3 ชั่วโมง จำนวน 3 ครั้ง  หรือ 1.5 วัน

  • เห็น แล้ว ดูออก ว่า period ที่ผ่านมาเกิดอะไรขึ้น 

  • วิเคราะห์ได้ ว่า variance ที่เกิดขึ้น เกิดมาจากอะไร?  

  • เอาไงต่อ?  ในฐานะเถ้าแก่ ต้องประคองและทำทุกทางให้ทุกอย่างไม่เหวี่ยงจากแผน  เมื่อเห็นปัญหา ต้องรีบดักทาง

Thematic Simulation Workshop

ผู้เรียนจะย้อนกลับไปสู่ยุคที่เถ้าแก่มีบทบาททางการค้าในเมืองกว่างโจว เมืองที่มั่งคั่งและเป็นศูนย์กลางทางการค้ามาตั้งแต่สมันอดีตจนปัจจุบัน ผู้เรียนจะสวมบทบาทเป็นตัวแทนจาก 5 ตระกูลทรงอิทธิพลทางการค้า ที่จะทำการแข่งขันกันตัดสินใจทางธุรกิจผ่าน Simulation ที่สร้างขึ้นเฉพาะองค์กรนั้นๆ
